Getting Around Cape Town

Trains:
Cape Town Train service operated by Metrorail, runs in three main areas-
Area North, Area Central and Area South, with Area South being the most popular it consists of two main lines, namely the
Wynberg line and the Cape Flats line, Cape Flats trains are usually indicated by train numbers starting with the number 05.
With all trains terminating in Cape Town, we suggest taking the train along the Wynberg line to Simonstown via our beautiful
beaches.

Taxi / Bus:
The Taxi and Bus routes both run along the Main Road (M4) of Cape town, from Cape Town to Retreat via Wynberg. The Bus service
is operated by Golden Arrow Bus Services and only stops at designated bus
stops.
The Taxi Bus service operated by private owners usually take the form of a white 15 seater minibuses. They stop
anywhere you choose along the road and usually seat 15 passengers. Care should be taken with mini bus Taxis, yet they offer a
truly unique South African transport moment. Pay per Kilometer Cabs are also available, but mainly found in the City Center
area.
