Five uniquely decorated luxurious double rooms all with en-suite bathrooms and fitted with every conceivable extra make for a memorable stay. Imagine relaxing in a hot Jacuzzi spa set in a lush, leafy garden. Enjoy drinks, conversation and good music in Barrys exclusive bar followed by an elegant dinner in one of the nearby Waterfront or Green Point trendy restaurants. WINNER of the AA Travel Guides Accommodation Awards in 2000,2001&2002 and Hall of Fame 2003/4/5/6/7 & 8 SA Tourism Grading Council 5 Star Guest House This amazing guest house is set in a tropical walled garden in the heart of urban Cape Town. The owners will pick you up from the airport, arrange car hire, suggest trips and outings, make dinner reservations for you, and open the guest house bar on demand (!) They have painstakingly designed and decorated each room on a different theme; e.g. the African room, the Green Room etc. We liked the place so much, we went back later to stay another couple of nights. Its fantastic!

Directions to Jambo from the Airport Take the N2 towards city. Then follow signs to Sea Point, continue past the Waterfront entrance and exit left at Green Point Stadium traffic circle whilst keeping to the right lane as you need to turn right at the traffic lights. You are now in Main Road Green Point. Grove Road is the 4th Road to the left. Proceed up Grove Road,Jambo is No.1 on the left. You will be directed to our off street parking at the rear of the property, after check in.
